We have also succesfully represented our clients before state courts throughout the Bay Area and the California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).

We work closely with our business and nonprofit clients, to ensure compliance with the labor code, policies, procedures, manuals, contracts, investigations, and training.
